      It is a typical Bulgarian rural house from the middle of the last century.

 This rural property is in the east-south part of Bulgaria. The name of the village is Kirilovo. The nearest Bulgarian towns are Yambol, Burgas, Elhovo. The distance to Elhovo is 10km and the international road Bulgaria - Turkey is only 3km away from the village. Yambol town is in 30km away and Burgas is in 100km far from Kirilovo.

   The estate is not very big. There is a glazed entrance-hall, a dining-room which is passing to the kitchen and a bedroom. The house is brick-built, the foundations are from stone and there`s a concrete belt on the walls which reinforces the construction of the house and the roof. The roof is tiled and is in a good condition. There are chimneys in every room and it will be easy to build a fire-place. The yard is not very big and it is uncultivated because the house is uninhabited.

 The property is walled from the side of the street and from the sides of the other properties there is a net-wall.

  The estate is supplied with electricity and drinking water. There is also a draw-well which is used for watering vegetables which Bulgarians as a tradition grow in their gardens.
